We can translate almost any documents that need a certified translation. Documents such as birth certificates, sale and purchase agreements, lease contracts, educational qualifications etc.

We work in the most common 60 languages directly with translators both in NZ and overseas. For rare languages we work with other specialist agencies.

It depends a lot on the language pair, the content and the volume to translate. But for example a 3 page legal agreement from German to English will usually be 3-4 working days, with an urgent option available if required.

As above, it will vary a lot, but base rates start from $65 plus GST.

Yes we may be able to, it will depend on current workload. Please enquire.

We can send translations as a PDF or you can pick up your translation from here, or we can courier originals to you.

Yes, by default we keep all translation data for a period of 12 months. After that, unless otherwise requested, it is deleted.

Often government agencies will request a certified copy of your original document. This requires you to take you document to a lawyer or JP, they will take a photocopy, and stamp and certify that it is a true copy of an original.

A certified translation does not make any guarantee about the veracity of the original document; it is a guarantee that the translation is a true and accurate reflection of the original document.

This is a separate document sometimes required when presenting a translation, typically in the Courts. It is a statement by the translator that the translation is true and accurate, and must be witnessed by recognised authority (court registrar/lawyer/JP).
